You can use KOURASANIT both inside and out – including bathrooms and kitchens and other indoor living areas, as well as on outside walls and swimming pool areas. It can be applied to new builds or existing surfaces.
Did you know…? The company, KOURASANIT, began in 1978 producing and blending mortars to restore and maintain historic monuments and archaeological sites. Its name was inspired by a Roman mortar – kourasani – known for its hydraulic and insulation properties. Such mortars were used in the construction of ancient monuments such as the Colosseum, Pantheon and Hagia Sophia. So, when you choose this product you are in good company!
Kind to the environment. KOURASANIT is a mix of natural aggregates combined with pozzolana (lava) and hydrated lime to create a stunning natural finish. It is user and environmentally-friendly with no VOCs and is non-caustic during and after application (Euroclass A1). It creates a naturally beautiful finish that stands the test of time.
